Abstract

The goal of the hereby article has been to present and to identify chosen aspects of telematics system, as well as presenting them as support elements of contemporary supply chain both treated as a whole and in the situation of examining their parts. Moreover, the authors have shown the integrity of telematics systems, then proceeding to analyze the model of contemporary supply chain, which has been presented as the platform for applying telematics systems. In the final part of the article there has been presented the attempt to identify telematics systems in supply chains and to present chosen aspects of the performed research.
