Abstract
The modification of frame for permanent magnet synchronous machine is the aim of this contribution. The frame properties were identified on the base of measurement during motor testing. The eigenfrequency was obtained from the modal analysis of the frame. The results of modal analysis proved that the first eigenfrequency is in the region of the speed with vibration. It was therefore necessary to increase the frame eigenfrequency.
