Abstract

The basic duty of the worker under the employment contract is to perform his tasks. He is further obliged to personally perform this obligation. Accordingly, unless otherwise is agreed in the contract or required under the circumstances, the worker is under the obligation to personally do his tasks (Art. 395 TCO).
