Abstract

The concept of the establishment is actually built on a unit where material and immaterial elements plus the workers form an organization for the production by the employer of goods or services (Art. 2 para. 1 LA). Accordingly, the unit wherein the workers and material and immaterial elements are organized with a view to obtain the production of goods and services by the employer is called the establishment.
