Abstract
Within the survivorship world, there are, as evident above, a few programmes running. However, there is no tool developed, in order to compare standards of care between the programmes. If this is the case, what informs the healthcare profession, of what is best for survivors? How do they compare standards between programmes? For that a survivorship care assessment tool is required.
