Abstract
The section’s main point—the connections between poetics, art and life—arouses some issues. One is how the human condition of poetics can become a scientific knowledge. To answer this, Chaudhary, Chawla and Sindhu presuppose that poetic instants inhabit ordinary people’s lives, making them extraordinary moments. To Bastos and Rucker and Leão and Guimarães, sharing experiences is transforming life’s experiences. So, a second issue is that poetics would be the subjective process of transformation of being. To Lehmann and Klempe, the affective and existential aspect of lived lives lies behind all types of meaning-making and this implies that poetics has no chronological time with agenda. So, referring to poetics, the third issue is temporality. The forth issue is that these articles show how poetics enlarges understanding about human being and how it helps to resist known interpretations.
