Abstract
This paper summarizes the application of the Non-constraint Engagement (NCE) model in enhancing the student course evaluation at the Canadian University Dubai through a two-phase pilot study. The objective of adopting NCE model is to drive sustainable quality improvement of the Course and Teaching Delivery of the program. The model defines itself as the participation of the key stakeholders engaging in a structured non-constraint framework of student course evaluation implementation. The NCE model bears three major components, namely, Engagement, Structured Non-constraint Framework, and the Result to Action (R2A). Findings showed that this new, constructive method is superior to the traditional, manual approach.
