Abstract

Simulating is part of human nature, present in every walk of life, sometimes used willingly or unintentionally. Just like law, simulating is present since ancient times and has emerged in different social institutions. That is why it was needed to be regulated from the legal point of view. The question arises however, whether simulating is inherently evil and reprehensible, or the issue is much more nuanced. Actually, we can get different answers to this question throughout history, but there is no uniform regulation, so the question remains.
