Point of Care Ultrasound Issues for Advanced Practice Providers and Nursing Programs

Abstract

POC US is being adopted by Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and Nurses. As part of teams that will increasingly use ultrasound, APPs and nurses will need to gain education, training, and supervision. Issues regarding the use of POC US by APPs and nurses are addressed.
