Psychosocial Risks in Labour and Social Security Law

Part of the book series: Aligning Perspectives on Health, Safety and Well-Being ((AHSW))

Abstract

Some examples are given here. It is interesting to note that, even if the problem is linked to work organisation, few negotiations on poor working conditions refer to psychosocial risks, and, to the best of our knowledge, none on Job and Competency Planning (GPEC).
