Abstract
A Tunisian female engineer is building an undeniable trail of success in the oil industry, with her many achievements in the most important oil and gas fields of the world, in a leading role for one of the top-ranked oilfield services companies. That engineer is Hinda Gharbi, a tiny woman who has built for herself a high reputation. Hinda has broken paradigms about women at the field in the oil industry’s offshore operations, raising eyebrows of colleagues and strangers, from her early start, having to jump into helicopters to reach her worksite at the drilling platforms at sea, to lead well logging operations in what was many times a first, for those operational crews.
“I was always clear on what I wanted to do”.
