Abstract
Dr. Giuseppe Giannetto Pace is a resilient leader who does not disappoint in achieving the objectives of the organizations he leads. He is still called “Rector” by all, acknowledging his role as president rector of the most prominent public Venezuelan university, Universidad Central de Venezuela (UCV).
