Abstract

On the face of it, it seems likely that, simply through lethargy and a simplistic approach, which humanity typically adopts when faced with overwhelming challenges, we will do nothing. We will rely on Plan B. It is not really a plan, merely a default consequence. Until we do leave this planet in mass interplanetary migration, it is going to be fairly unpleasant for billions of people. The question for you, dear reader, is that your legacy……? Yet it is not simply a planetary calamity, it is a time of opportunity, for innovation and collaboration between governments. It is all about choice. Your choice.
