Abstract

Specific features of human-system interaction during planning of chemical syntheses are briefly discussed. In experimental part a human-controlled retro-synthesis of the hormone prostacyclin PGI2 was investigated. Some synthetic pathways to obtain PGI2 are generated and commented.
