Abstract

The aggresiveness of cancer is related to the increase of genetic changes expressed by architectural arrangement. The Gleason system (2014 ISUP criteria) are the recommended grading for 2016 WHO. In this system the different glandular patterns correlate with the prostate cancer biology and these patterns have different mpMRI correspondences according the water content. The precise knowledge of the prostate cancer morphology can help in the mpMRI interpretation and clinical application.
