Abstract
We live in exciting times and in our lifetime we have seen tremendous changes in science and technology. These changes have affected all aspects of our life, from communication to transportation to health care. In our text we share the stories of how many of the technologies we use today were developed and how they have helped shape the field of urology. We hope these stories will inspire you and help you to appreciate the shoulders of the giants that we have been able to stand on.
