Abstract
“Epilepsy” refers to many brain diseases having in common the occurrence of epileptic seizures. Patients with epilepsy show significant differences in severity, types, manifestations and causes of epileptic seizures, management, coexisting illnesses, and varying psychosocial, educational and employment impacts on individuals and their families.
