Academic & Scientific Poster Presentation

Abstract

This chapter explores how knowledge is transferred in the conference setting. By studying how we communicate and exchange knowledge, it is possible to identify the strengths and weaknesses of our current practices. It then looks at how posters are placed in facilitating communication, and by evaluating their own experiences, readers will be better placed to judge how their conference activities effectively meet their aims and objectives.
