Abstract
A 40-year-old woman, with no relevant clinical background, went to the emergency service with headache, nausea, vomiting and behavioural changes, without fever. Neurological examination was normal. The computed tomography (CT) revealed an expansive lesion with ventricular involvement (◘ Fig. 25.1).
