Abstract
A 31-year-old black male with no history of smoking or alcoholism and negative results for HIV has suffered for approximately 8 months with intermittent lower back pain of rapidly progressive installation, associated with anorexia, weight loss and non-specific headache (◘ Figs. 22.1, 22.2, 22.3, and 22.4).
