Abstract
A 37-year-old male, with previous onset of bilateral hearing loss, vertigo, headaches, and progressive cognitive decline 2 years ago. Presents with sudden right hemiparesis and paresthesia. On the neurological examination, he was disoriented, with incoherent speech and attention deficit. There was mild right hemibody and face weakness and bilateral Babinski sign.
