Abstract
The orbits are central to the face and of the highest consideration in surgical correction of congenital craniofacial anomalies. In this chapter, we briefly review the general techniques of cranio-orbital surgery and outline the specific use of these techniques in the management of complicated craniofacial disorders. In keeping with the goals of this text, we primarily confine our discussion to those deformities whose primary component is the orbit.
