Abstract

The articles view theoretical and practical foundations of mergers and acquisitions as one of the forms of corporate integration. Topicality of the research in the sphere of corporate integration is caused not only by increasing significance of the production factors, unification of international standards, and strengthening of competition but by the presence of limitations and barriers in enterprises’ activities.
