Abstract
Germain provides a condensed version of the information presented in the book, including the main characteristics of NPD leaders, as well as their impact on the business functions of individuals and organizations. She summarizes practical tools that employees working with NPD leaders can use to protect their work relationships, jobs, and careers. The chapter concludes by presenting several directions for future research on the topic of Narcissistic Personality Disorders and leadership.
