Abstract
Germain presents five case studies from well-known individuals including Steve Jobs, Donald Trump, Sarah Palin, and two fictitious characters. She follows up these cases by highlighting the common characteristics within the protagonist in each case study. The chapter concludes by suggesting approaches for victims of NPD leaders to utilize in order to protect their careers, optimize their professional relationships, and, if necessary, decide when to exit their job.
