Abstracts

Cerebral aneurysms are focal dilatations of cerebral arteries. Aneurysms become symptomatic when they leak or rupture or when they become so large as to cause mass effect. Cerebral aneurysms are quite rare, complicating 1–10 per 100,000 pregnancies; however, mortality is high.
