Abstract
This chapter provides a critical feminist analysis of Australian and United States civilian and military criminal law provisions relating to HIV/AIDS-related crimes. This analysis is presented in the context of sexual offences committed by United Nations military peacekeeping personnel and the consequent link to the spread of HIV/AIDS, thus presenting the need for regulation as a form of harm prevention to immediate and eventual victims.
