Abstract
Intraocular tuberculosis may have protean clinical manifestations and often presents as a diagnostic challenge. One of the phenotypes of ocular tuberculosis is a distinct type of posterior uveitis, termed as multifocal serpiginoid choroiditis (earlier referred to as serpiginous-like tuberculosis). This condition is characterized by serpentine choroidal lesions that bear resemblance to the autoimmune serpiginous choroiditis. The index chapter focusses on the epidemiology, clinical and imaging features, management, outcomes, and complications of tubercular multifocal serpiginoid choroiditis.
