Abstract
This chapter illustrates the digital subtraction angiography based images of the posterior cerebral circulation. Structural anatomy of arteries and veins of clinical diagnostic interest. Vessel occlusion syndromes highlighting specific signs and symptoms have been described to draw attention to specific lesion in the vascular territories.
