Abstract

Diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) has revolutionized the way we visualizing white matter. DTI is now available on most MRI scanners, and routine clinical acquisition is possible with shorter scan times. Selected axial, sagittal and coronal images obtained on a 3T MRI scanner have been labelled, and major, clinically-important fiber tracts are illustrated.

Andrea Poretti was deceased at the time of publication.
