Abstract

In this chapter, we will examine the proper procedure, in accordance with international guidelines, to create a prosthetic rehabilitation project for elderly patients. The phases of first clinical evaluation of the patient and the choice of all the components of the modular prosthesis are of utmost importance; these will be of primary importance for achieving the goals expected in the planning phase.
