Abstract
Flying occurs in the air, and in the figurative sense, it may also occur in the water. Both tiny and realively lare animals can fly. Somple parameters derived from biophysical studies of flight still allow useful comparisons. They provide a deeper understanding of the problems that anuimals encounter and solve whitel moving through air and water.
