Agent-Based Outsourcing Solution for Agency Service Management

Abstract

This paper presents an agent-based software solution implementing an outsourcing model for highly qualified and autonomous staff interaction management in agency services. An example is given for law enforcement in the UK, where the introduction of agent-based outsourcing is intended to improve the quality of debt collection. The results of evaluation and testing at JBW prove the benefits of agent-based outsourcing implementation to increase the profit of collection agency in comparison to classical schemes dealing mostly with “sweet” debts.
