Goldilocks Procedure

Abstract

The Goldilocks procedure was first described in 2012. It is a combination of mastectomy and autologous reconstruction using the redundant mastectomy flaps. It can allow reconstruction in high BMI, high-risk women not suited to more conventional or complex reconstruction techniques.
