Abstract

In this work, the results of research on the dependence of the transmission spectrum of copper oxide films on a glass substrate versus the conditions of growth and heating in air will be presented. An analysis of the results leads to the conclusion that transmission is highly dependent on the aforementioned factors. Furthermore, it was observed that the transmission of layer changed with time.
