Abstract

A normal pediatric chest X-ray is defined as much by the absence of pathological findings as by its normal features. After all, most of us will request a CXR of a child for a reason and being able to eliminate differentials is crucial. In order to do this, one will have to develop a system of CXR interpretation which will be thorough and ensure that one does not miss smaller details.
