Abstract

In the modern world, innovations become more important for increase of competitiveness and sustainable growth of national economies. Most of entrepreneurial structures in Russia understand that their future depends on their capability for providing innovational growth of the country. They must use the tools that will allow moving more effectively. Coordination of activities of small innovational and large business and coordination of their actions are often a weak link of innovational systems of a lot of countries. Russia is no exception. International experience shows that such coordination could be provided only during realization of the system of coordination.
