Abstract
The article focuses on the problem of search for highly effective means of crisis management. The purpose of the article consists in determination of the possibility and expedience of development of tourism and service in the interests of crisis management in Russia and Europe. For that, the authors use the method of SWOT-analysis and method of determined factor analysis. In the process of the research, the authors determine the role of tourism and service in the process of crisis management in Russia and Europe, determine problems and perspectives of development of the tourism and service sphere in Russia and Europe, and offer recommendations for its development in the interests of crisis management. The received results show that service and tourism influence the development of economies of the studied countries, so they are a perspective means of crisis management within creation of post-industrial economy. Its development should be conducted by joint efforts within strengthening of Russian-European cooperation in the sphere of service and tourism. For that, the authors developed a program of measures in the sphere of development of service and tourism in the interests of crisis management in Russia and Europe.
