Abstract
One of the major problems of low-income countries is scarcity of products and services. Identifying the goods and services that people want and need, many times, is a major challenge. One of the main reasons for such shortages is because companies cannot make the profit levels they need to achieve company goals. This problem exists because of several major issues:
