Abstract

The author chooses the L technique for mastoplasties as the best current option for the various presentations of aesthetic breast deformities. Experience with this technique in small, medium, and large hypertrophy is described and tactical suggestions are offered to prevent the possible flattening of the lateral pole, with better filling of the superior pole and elimination of the axillary extension. The results are presented.
