Abstract

Evidenced-based studies on complications and revision of lesser toe deformities are inadequate with most of the literature being case studies or personal opinion. In this chapter, the authors discuss a broad overview of lesser toe deformities and how to properly diagnose and treat complications associated with surgery. These complications are examined, and key factors are discussed to prevent and correct the malaligned, flail/floppy toes and floating toe deformities.
