Abstract
Injuries to the wrist and hand are common. Ultrasound imaging provides an important, safe, and accessible diagnostic tool for the radiologist and point-of-care physician. This chapter illustrates important normal anatomical variants which should not be mistaken for pathology. Several examples of potential pitfalls in pathological findings of wrist and hand ultrasound imaging are highlighted relative to presenting clinical findings.
