Abstract

Mediastinal masses comprise a wide variety of benign and malignant lesions. Symptoms may be due to direct involvement or compression of normal mediastinal structures. In the presented case, we have described the clinical case of a young Syrian patient admitted to our department for the investigation of a huge mediastinal mass complicated with tumor lysis syndrome and renal failure with the presumptive diagnosis of lymphoma.
