Abstract
To make an interactive plot using ggplot2, you can use the plotly or the ggiraph package. The two packages have different advantages. I have created the package ggiraphExtra , which makes interactive plot easily using ggplot2 and ggiraph package, and released it to CRAN and GitHub. In this chapter, you will learn how to make an interactive plot using ggiraphExtra package.
