Abstract
Neuroendovascular interventions are performed with meticulous care in order to avoid complications. In case of occurrence, the surgeon must be knowledgeable in steps to reverse or mitigate the consequences. Effective management results from anticipation, preventive steps, expeditious intervention, and appropriate supportive care. A variety of complications and their management is presented.
