Abstract
Laparoscopic radical nephrectomy has gained widespread acceptance as the standard of care for localized renal cell carcinoma. Since its inception, the technique has continued to evolve and, therefore, it is not surprising that variations in technique exist. The chapter describes manuvers to safely perform the procedure.
