Abstract
Peroneal tendon pathology is a critical topic for medical students interested in orthopedic surgery to understand and will be commonly encountered in clinical practice. This chapter will cover high-yield topics concerning relevant peroneal tendon anatomy and commonly encountered/tested pathologic processes. The chapter will cover pathologic processes, diagnosis, and treatment modalities for tendon subluxation, tendon tears, painful os peroneum syndrome, and advanced imaging examples.
