Abstract

Patients presenting with a glenohumeral dislocation (see Fig. 22.1) require evaluation of their neurovascular status, the direction of the dislocation, and the presence of fracture, glenoid bone loss, and Hill-Sachs/reverse Hill-Sachs lesions.
