Abstract

This chapter deals with issues of data collection to produce evidence-based findings, including essential (but often overlooked) ethical questions. The chapter then goes on to consider data collection options, including gathering data from multiple sources so that findings can be triangulated or cross-checked against each other. Numerous instruments for helping with the data collection process are suggested.
