Abstract
This chapter reviews common dilemmas arising after treatment with sacral neuromodulation. Prevention and management of complications such as infection, declining efficacy, lead migration or fracture upon removal, pain at the generator site, MRI concerns, and dealing with pregnancy after implantation are discussed.
